Ingredients

64 oz chicken stock

1-2 inches of ginger thinly sliced

1-3 cloves of garlic

1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

1 tbs of ChOil chili Crisp, your favorite variety

1 tbs sesame oi

Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan or stock pot, combine all of the ingredients except the sesame oil.
  2. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat. Allow to cook for 20-30 minutes
  3. Add the sesame oil
  4. Blend with an immersion blender or normal blender.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite ramen or just enjoy alone.
